Le Evan Shay Standards Band est ravi d'être apportant du swing à la scène à l'étage! Lecture d'un répertoire de certaines de leurs chansons préférées de grands noms du jazz, ils apportent également un éclairage aux normes moins connues.

Jeunes artistes émergents Evan Shay (sax ténor), Sam Dickinson (guitare), et Mathieu McConnell-Enright seront rejoints par lourds Montréal Donny Kennedy (saxophone alto) et Jim Doxas (batterie).

La nuit sera rempli avec des sélections de Cannonball Adderley, Wayne Shorter, Lee Morgan, Donny Kennedy, et d'autres!

The Evan Shay Standards Band is thrilled to be bringing some swing to the stage at Upstairs! Playing a repertoire of some of their favorite songs from jazz greats, they also bring light to lesser-known standards. Evan Shay (tenor sax), Sam Dickinson (guitar), and Mathieu McConnell-Enright will be joined by Montreal heavies Donny Kennedy (alto sax) and Jim Doxas (drums).

The night will be filled with selections by Cannonball Adderley, Wayne Shorter, Lee Morgan, Donny Kennedy, and others!
