CONTESTANT INFO

This information has been compiled to give you an opportunity to understand clearly the process of the evening’s events and also as good an understanding of the judging format.

-Each contestant will be required to be present for a draw which will determine the order in which the contestants will be competing in for the competition.

-Each contestant is to perform 2 numbers… neither of which should exceed 6 mins. in length.

-Each contestant is permitted to put up a total of 4 posters if they so chose. These posters should not exceed 17”x 11” in size.

-The format of the judging is going to be based as follows:

Each judge will score each contestant out of the following number of points in the following areas

1st Performance 25pts
1st Costume 25pts
2nd Performance 25pts
2nd Costume 25pts
Question 25pts
Overall Suitability 25pts
150pts

We will take the average of each of the judges and multiply the amount by .7 for 70 % of the score.

Ballots will be distributed to the customers who will vote for their favourite, the total amount for each individual will be multiplied by .3 for the remaining 30% of the final score.

-There will be a $25 registration fee for each contestant.

-The decision of the judges is final.
