About Baby Loves Disco Presents: Boo Baby Boo
Content
Baby Loves Disco, the original family dance party is back in PDX!!! It is the best time you will have with your little ones. Come shake those booties at Boo Baby Boo, our annual Halloween event! on 10/26 from 11-1:30p. Get out those snazzy costumes, shake those booties, do some crafts, grab a tattoo + more. Real Music for real parents, freeze dance, costume contest, simon says and more with a real DJ and real MC. For all the non driving moms and dads it's a cash bar along with snacks and juice boxes for all! So much fun in one place, the little one (s) will be zonked upon leaving (but don't call us to babysit if that's not the case!). Our new home Lola's Room at McMenamins is the place to be on Sunday 10/26. Forget the mall, museum or movie, Come play with us!
Born in the City of Brotherly Love in 2007 by two parents, Heather Murphy Monteith and Andy Blackman Hurwitz, Baby Loves Disco Is truly a family affair, with Marketing Director Kelly Miller and her husband Gregory Miller managing events in NYC and many other towns on the tour. Now that Andy's two eldest sons Samson and Charlie are old enough, they will join the tour occasionally this year. The "Disco Diaries" blog documents the fun they have with dad on the road: http://thediscodiaries.com/
Baby Loves Disco is wildly fun, and it's good for you, too. And it's not just that Baby Loves Disco encourages calorie-burning activity for all ages. Blackman Hurwitz points to recent early childhood research that indicates how good dance is for a young child's development, particularly the sort of "Freeze Dance" activity that is common at Baby Loves Disco events.
