Spontaneous Workshops are Back!!! And this time it is all about Burgundy!

As usual, these events are open to all, you do not have to know anything about wine, but just want to learn more while enjoying a dinner!

So this time we will taste some French wine, beauties from Burgundy, some whites and reds while we discuss with a presentation about this French region, it's history, winemaking, it's traditions and we will have a dinner after, and we will finish the dinner with a Burgundian cheese workshop!

For dinner, it is spring time, so we will have lamb, "Lamb Bourguignon", the spring version of the classic Burgundy stew Beef Bourguignon. After that, the cheese workshop starts where we will taste and talk about several Burgundian cheeses like the famous Époisses de Bourgogne, Mâconnais, Langres etc. and many more things!

These workshops are never serious and boring tastings but more like a family dinner where sitting silent and being shy are extremely forbidden acts! :)

The event includes tasting, presentation, discussions, dinner and cheese workshop. The cost of the whole event 55€ per person and registration only by email. Vegetarians are welcome, please inform in your email for all kinds of diet requests. Emails to [email protected] and invoices will be sent back to your email addresses. If you register but need to cancel it, no more cancellation after the date 09.04 please, due to material purchase.
