3 Course Dinner -
First Course - Choice of:
Potato Leek w/ Applewood Smoked Bacon Soup or Baby Field Green Salad w/ Raspberry Champagne Vinaigrette
Second Course - Choice of:
Pan Seared Salmon w/ Merlot reduction, sauteed spinach and whipped potatoes, or Slow Roasted Prime Rib w/ natural au jus and horseradish cream, sauteed baby carrots and whipped potatoes
Third Course
Glass of champagne with fresh raspberries, Choice of housemade dessert: Vanilla cheesecake with strawberry puree or Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and cream puffs
Dinner served with housemade rolls, complimentary specialty cocktail, coffee, and soda, Cash bar available.
