Rene Torres and Junko Mori are the Sub Champions of Buenos Aires 2010 Metropolitan Tango Championship. They became a tango couple in Argentina in 2006. Even though they are from different origins, Argentina and Japan, their chemistry shows in every step of their tango “porteño” when they dance.

The couple is known for their elegance and their ability to both honour the tradition of the tango and include innovation in their dance.

They are talented dancers and teachers and are particularly skilled at helping dancers learn the Tango as it has been danced in clubs of Buenos Aires for decades.

Tango enthusiasts from around the world are very loyal to Torres and Mori because of their passion for the dance.

They live in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where they teach dance and give shows and exhibitions. They teach classes at the "Estudio Mario Morales" in Buenos Aires. They have been to the U.S. Canada, Mexico, Italy, France, Japan and Egypt to teach and perform.
