- Prawn, avocado and guacamole fork with chilli sauce (GF, DF*)
- Camembert with quince paste and strawberries

Mains - alternate drop
- Seared chicken breast filled with moreton bay bug meat (GF), served with potato gratin, green beans and a mango hollandaise.
- Parmesan crusted lamb rump, served with truffled crushed chat potatoes, brocolini, blistered cherry tomatoes and lamb jus.
