Party: Now Full -T.J Grant Grappling / Striking seminar

We are happy to announce we have local U.F.C veteran T.J Grant coming to Bushido-Kai for an exciting day of training.

T.J is not only a decorated U.F.C vet but a high level BJJ Brown belt and striking expert who has over 26 MMA fights and many other accomplishments to his name.

This seminar is open to all levels and for ages 15 and up and we encourage some people to “train out of their element” and try both, however its up to you

11:00am to 1:00am T.J will teach submission grappling for sport, MMA and Self-Defense and will answer all your questions on how to make it work for you.

1:00 to 1:30 Break

1:30 to 3:30 T.J will cover striking again for the various aspects it can be used for. He has spent many times in Thailand training and brings with him real fighting experience.

Cost is $40 for event or $30 for part, this is a no-gi event and students should bring striking gear with them.

Parking: DO NOT PARK AT MACDONALDS, you can park on the street or across from us in the A.G.Brown building parking lot, also on Sunday Speedy glass is closed.

Cash only accepted at the door and again open to anyone from any club. SPACE IS LIMITED
