Get ready for the next “Colourful Balling – Playing Basketball Together”! This time with a different location. We`ll balling in the "Phila-Dome". The home court of the BC Anhalt`s first team.
When:
16th May 2016 (Pfingstmontag)
Start 12:00 noon (12.00 Uhr)
Finish time depends on the amount of teams.

What:
Let`s play Basketball!! Everyone is welcome even if you just want to watch. It doesn’t matter where you are from, how often you played Basketball before or what you are doing occupationally. Just come along, meet friends and new interesting people, play Basketball and have fun! If you want to we`ll make it easier for you to access the local basketball clubs with information’s and contacts.
We are going to mix up some teams and play Basketball together, perhaps in a little tournament mode. This event is taking place in cooperation with the BC-Anhalt (Basketball Club Anhalt). So local basketball players of the BC-Anhalt and maby a few other clubs from the region will be there to join us.
What to bring:
sportswear, drinks, snacks, basketball (if you got one at home)
The “Colourful Balling” - project is created by the Basketball-Verband Sachsen-Anhalt (BVSA: http://www.bvsa.de/). In the context of this project there will be organized events at different locations in Sachsen-Anhalt. So we are going to ball with you in Dessau-Roßlau and later in Halle (Saale) or Magdeburg. The BVSA is able to organize and finance these events with the support of local basketball clubs.
Colourful Basketball focuses on simple goals. “Colourful Balling” demonstrates that everybody is very welcome in our Basketball Association. People should come together, get over language barriers or differences of their cultural background, play some basketball and just share the fun and joy of the game. We are going to ease our interested “international players” (refugees) the way to the organized basketball in the local clubs (we`ll give you information`s and contacts).
You are all very welcome to play, watch or simply help by supporting this event. We already have got a good supporter with the BC-Anhalt (http://www.bc-anhalt.de/).
