Party: Legacy & Karate Kritsch "Year End Open House" Event

This is an open invitiation, and everyone is welcome to attend this ultimate year end training party, open house and social gathering.

Legacy team members, Eric Kritsch & partner businesses are putting together an open house event to get everyone stoked and motivated to hit new goals and new training highs in the new year! What better way to do that than to throw an event?

Heres a quick rundown of festivites:

- Draws & Prizes. All who attend will be entered into a ballet/draw to win prizes at the end of the event!! There will be 3 Major prizes provided by the hosts of the event. Make sure to get a ticket stub!

- Legacy fighters will be showcasing Muay Thai sparring, pad work & drills. Including a small thai class for all to take part in!

- Meet the trainers! Our personal trainers will be there to meet & greet, educate on our services and give new members a tour of the legacy facility!

- A 25min Isometric bootcamp demonstration displayed by Eric Kritsch will be available to take part in.

- Fitness techniques on display courtesy of Chris Vorano.

-Popeyes Barrie will be in house to demo some health supplements and give nutritional advice.
