The entry form and nomination fee must accompany all nominations. All riders MUST bring with them ON THE DAY, a completed Horse Health declaration form and hand in on arrival. Do not send it with your nominations.
Note - Spare Forms will NOT be available at the event.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT MOONDARGA PONY CLUB IS A DECLARED ‘ HENDRA VACCINATION COMPULSORY CLUB’. THIS MEANS THAT ANY HORSE ENTERING THE MOONDARGA PONY CLUBGROUNDS WILL NEED TO BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR HENDRA AND PRESENT AN UP TO DATE VACCINATION CERTIFICATE ON ENTRY.
Random scanning of microchip numbers will occur at the event and any horse found not to be vaccinated will be removed from the grounds immediately.
