Keith Flippen presents "Actor Tools, Observation, and Reaction - From Improv to Acting”
If you are an improv performer who wants to make inroads into becoming an actor, Keith Flippen can show you the way. Keith will start his workshop by exploring your mouth as a way of discussing dialects. Then he'll cover the foundations of acting for film including the basics of Meisner Technique which overlaps your improv training in important ways. You'll take away some things you can start using right away as well as some skills you will want to further develop. Its fun, its frank, and its free.

Keith Flippen is a smorgasbord of acting skill… a buffet… a feast. An actor for 30 years, he has over 60 major film and tv credits to his name, 500+ voiceover credits, ran a theatre in Russia, has served as dialect coach for film and theatre, produced the 48 Hour Film Project for five years, spins trick rope, sings cabaret, was host of the Lowe’s Woodworker’s Shop class and his cooking show Awesome Sauce, and owns and teaches at The Actors’ Place in Norfolk. Keith also hates bullshit, is a rock hound, and has a pseudo-sexual fascination with cetaceans. So there’s that.
