What a way to end a fantastic season! Skyline Country Club is proud to present a VERY SPECIAL performance on April 17th!
How about dinner and a show?! SHOW TIME 7:30 - 9:00 ish!
Recording Artist Kiki Ebsen, daughter of Icon Buddy Ebsen, will be coming to our neighborhood from Hollywood, to perform at The Crown Room, hosted by fellow member, Linda Chorney.
Kiki's show is a mix of singing; and story telling, from her experiences growing up with a Movie Star, best known as "Jed Clampett" of The Beverly Hillbillies. However, did you know that Buddy Ebsen was cast as the original Scarecrow, and then changed to the Tinman, for "The Wizard of Oz," and was a wonderful singer and dancer?
Buddy's talent was certainly handed down to his daughter. And in addition to finding out extremely entertaining moments, behind the scenes, Kiki will make your heart melt with her rendition of "If I only had a Brain", from her critically acclaimed album, "The Scarecrow Sessions," accepted by the Grammy's Recording Academy in 2014; as well as many other wonderful original and classic songs of an era that will live forever.
