Nicolas Saint-Jean is the story of an exceptional course, it's the story of a "Frenchy" who in a few years became a legend of "Flair Bartending". In 1996, after his military service, the young "Frenchy" arrives in London with the dream to become a "flair bartender". After 4 years of practice, labor and exhaustion he developed a unique style of flair full of Hip Hop culture, martial arts and showmanship skills.

More than a competitor with an impeccable and flawless technique, he literally invented modern flair. Most of his actions have become "Classic moves" in the Flair world. In 2004, after four world Championship titles he stopped competing to dedicate himself to his projects. He created his own school of Flair: Flairmotion. First based in London, then in France and now in Spain, he taught his technique to bartenders around the world.

Prestigious guest during gala evenings, he represents his show regularly throughout the world: From the birthday of the Prince of Bahrain to the Queen Elizabeth of England, to the VIP parties in Cannes.
