There are few individuals in the world of dance music who can claim the kind of influence Pete Tong has had over the last twenty years. As the voice of Radio 1’s prestigious dance programming, Pete has held a commanding presence over the industry for more than two decades. His unique position has earned him a reputation as the global ambassador of dance music. With an unparalleled ear for new talent, Tong has become the leading tastemaker of the electronic generation. While he’s known publicly as Pete Tong the DJ, behind the scenes, he’s an industry icon. When all is said and done, one shudders to think what dance music would have been like without Pete Tong’s influence. Over the years, he’s played a crucial role in breaking new artists and changing the way people think about electronic music.

To say 2014 was a massive year for Patrick Topping would be somewhat of an understatement. 3 Beatport number 1’s in the Tech-House chart with ‘Get Beasty’, ‘Forget’ and ‘Voicemail’, a residency at DC10 for Paradise, two DJ Awards for Newcomer DJ and Track of the Season for ‘Forget’ and voted #80 in Resident Advisor Top 100 DJs. In popular demand, 2014 was a huge year for Patrick. With tracks being championed by Pete Tong and Annie Mac on their legendary BBC radio 1 shows, plus one of the busiest touring schedules in the underground, taking in tours of Australia, United States and South America. There shows no signs of letting up either, with another release on his home label Hot Creations in the pipeline, as well as his remix of Cuartero & wAFF on Matthias Tanzmann's highly respected Moon Harbour label, gaining big support.

Since breaking onto the scene in 2012, Eli & Fur have been perfecting a sound built around electronic melodies and seductive vocal lines. Their debut track, ‘You’re So High’ reached top 3 on Hype Machine & over 1 million plays on YouTube. ‘Seeing is Believing’ saw the girls collaborate with Shadow Child and release on Defected, gaining almost half a million plays on SoundCloud. 2015 is shaping up to see the rise of Eli & Fur. Already tipped by Beatport as 2015 Artists to Watch & supported by Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1 Dance. Their production techniques are as on point as ever; drawing from anything House, with an obsession for old school Chicago and touches of Detroit Techno mixed with influences of RnB, Garage and Drum and Bass.
